To Leo de Perton, escheator in co. Worcester. Order to take the fealty Robert brother of Edmund brother of John Russel, according to the form a schedule enclosed with these presents, and to deliver to him the manor Strengesham and the advowson of the church there, as the king has by inquisition taken by the escheator that John at his death held said manor and advowson for himself and the heirs of his body, with in default to Edmund and the heirs of his body, and in default Robert and the heirs of his body, by a fine levied in the king's court, that John and Edmund died without heirs of their bodies, and the and advowson are held of the abbey of Westminster, void and in the hand, by the service of a knight's fee.
