Memorandum that the prior and Thomas came into chancery at London 8 July and acknowledged the preceding indenture. Enrolment of deed testifying that whereas William de Lound, parson of church, diocese of London, is bound to Hugh de Nevill, knight, in marks by a recognisance made in chancery to be paid at Martinmas Hugh grants that if William pay him 10 marks at the said feast, then recognisance for 20 marks shall be null and void, but if not, it shall in force.
