Enrolment of release by Adam son of Sir Adam de Swylyngton, knight, Thomas de Fenton and Isolda his wife and the heirs male of their of all his right and claim in the manor of Thorp upon the Hill Rothewell, co. York, which manor Isolda held of the gift and of Adam, his father to hold for life. If Thomas and Isolda without male heirs of their bodies the manor shall revert to Adam. Sir Robert de Nevill, Sir John de Caburleye, knights, Adam de William de Fyncheden, the younger, Richard de Toong, John of Wakefeld. Dated at Swylyngton, co. York, on Wednesday in week, 1848.
