William de Swynflet, parson of Malberthorpe church, one of the executors of the will of Hugh de Hastynges, puts in his place John de Barneburgh and William de Tikhull, clerk, to prosecute the execution of a recognisance for 20/. made to Hugh in chancery by William de I'yncheden Thomas de Thwayt, and of another recognisance for 401. made to in chancery by Adam de Eyeryngham of Laxton, knight, and of recognisance for 80/. made to Hugh in chancery by Edmund de knight.
