To the collectors of customs in the port of Southampton. Order to permit Henry earl of Lancaster and Derby, staying in the parts of Gascony in the king's service, or his attorneys, to lade in that port and take to parts beyond the sea 50 sacks of wool without paying the custom and subsidy thereon, in accordance with the king's grant to him, as John de Wesenham, to whom the king granted all the customs and subsidies in the realm under a certain form, has been satisfied by the earl for the same. _ By bill of the treasurer.
