To the same. Order to discharge William Fraunk of the custody of cerlands in Beseby, co. Lincoln, and of the issues thereof if they find William Trussel resumed them into the king's hand and delivered to the executors of the will of Edmund Bacoun, in accordance with king's order to him, as on being informed that Edmund held for life lands in Beseby of the inheritance of John son and heir of Edmund of Kent, tenant in chief, a minor in the king's wardship, and that lands were in the king's hand for that cause, the king committed the thereof to William Fraunk to hold until the heir should come of and the king ordered William Trussel to deliver those lands to him afterwards the king ordered William Trussel to resume those lands and them to the executors as aforesaid, because it appeared by other shown in chancery by the executors that the king committed that to Edmund to hold until the said heir should come of age.
