Order to appoint some fit person in the place of Walter Meriet, chancellor of Exeter, whom the bishop appointed to collect in the archdeaconries of Exeter, Totton and Barnstaple the triennial tenth last granted by the clergy of the province of Canterbury, and who is broken by age and detained by such weakness of body that he cannot travail to attend to this, informing the treasurer and barons of the name of the person whom he shall appoint.
