To the same. Order to deliver to William de la Pole or his attorney towns or hamlets of Northorp, Hoton, Synthorp and Dymelton and bovates of land called Rugemund, the manor or town of Skypse the bailiwick and hamlet of Newehithe, and the homage and serof the king's free tenants in Holem, which the king granted to him with the manors and towns of Whetele, Gryngele, co. Nottingham, and the manors and towns of Cleton, Little Humbre, Burton Pydse, Wythornsa, Skeftlyng, Kylnese, Esyngton and Preston, York, which are members of the manor of Brustwyk, by service of a red sparrowhawk yearly ; as at the suit of William, showthat Northorp, Hoton and Synthorp are members of Kylnese and Dymelton is member of Esyngton, and it is doubted by some whether 20 bovates are members of Burton Pydse and whether Skypse with is member of Cleton, and if the said homages and services are of the appurtenances of Wythornse, and that these said members not expressly granted in the aforesaid charter, and keseeching king to make such a grant, the king has granted his said request.
