To the receivers of wool and to the collectors of customs in the port of Order to deliver to Nicholas Usus Maris, conof Bordeaux, or to Anthony Bache, his attorney, 90 sacks of the wool, by indenture, in part satisfaction of 900 sacks which the granted to him for his affairs, and to permit him to take the wool Gascony without paying thereon the custom and subsidy due, which king wishes to be allowed in part satisfaction of the sums due by to Nicholas, as the king ordered the collectors of customs in the of London and Southampton to permit Nicholas to take 1,000 sacks parts beyond [as at page 439 above], and he has surrendered the writs be cancelled, beseeching the king to cause him to be satisfied for the 1,000 sacks. The king has ordered the receivers in cos. Oxford Berks to deliver 30 sacks of wool each of the increment of the king's in those counties, to Nicholas or his attorney, without delay, in satisfaction of the 1,000 sacks. By C.
