To the takers and purveyors of wool in co. Devon. Whereas the king the taxers and collectors of the tenth and fifteenth in that county to molest the tinners there [above], and now the king has learned the purveyors intend to-compel the tinners to render wool accordto the portion of the tenth and fifteenth, wherefore they withdraw from the works, the king orders the purveyors not to compel who are true tinners to render such wool while they work in the although in the king's commission to them it is contained all the tinners holding lands in that county shall be taxed.
