To William Lengiys, escheator in the liberty of Holdernesse. Order to intermeddle further with the manor of Attyngwyk, restoring the thereof, because the king has learned by inquisition taken by the escheator that John de Sutton of Holdernesse, the elder, held no lands in chief at his death, but he held that manor of William de Ros of Hamelak, by the service of a fourth part of a knight's fee, and that John de Sutton his son is his next heir and of full age.
