To the sheriff of Kent. Order upon sight of these presents to cause to be made that all merchants wishing to take their wool, hides and wool-fells out of the realm, shall take them to the staple which the king has ordained at Andewerp in Brabant, with the advice of the council; making known that it is the king's intention that no wool shall be taken out of the realm until what is lacking of the 20,000 sacks granted in the parliament at Westminster has been purveyed according to the ordinance made in the last great council at Northampton, and sent to the king to parts beyond the seas.
