Summons to attend a great council at on the morrow of St. James next, to treat with Edward, _ of Cornwall and earl of Chester, whom the king has appointed of the realm during his absence, and the other prelates and there upon the maintenance of peace in the realm, the defence against hostile attacks and other matters, and he is to warn dean and chapter of St. Peter's, York, the archdeacons and all clerzy of his diocese to be present at the said council, the dean archdeacons in person, the chapter and clergy by their proctors.
