To William Trussel, escheator this side Trent. Order to deliver the of Springefeld and the advowson of a moiety of the church there Katherine, late the wife of John de Goldyngton, having taken her for the same, together with the issues thereof, and not to interfurther with the other manors and the advowson of Thele which are held of other lords, restoring the issues thereof, as king has learned by inquisition taken by the escheator that John Katherine jointly held the said manor and moiety and the manors Mosseworth, Thele and Aldham, and tenements in Colne Engayne and with the said advowson, to hold the manors of Thele, Springeand Aldham and the said tenements and advowsons for the heirs of John's body, by a fine levied in the king's court, between and Katherine, demandants and Richard Grapinel, parson of Giffard church, deforceant, and the manor of Mosseworth for John Katherine and the heirs of John's body of the gift of Henry, bishop Lincoln, and the manor of Springfeld and the advowson of the moiety held of the king as of the honour of Peverel by the service of a fee, and the manor of Mosseworth is held of the duke of as of the honour of Walyngford, by knight's service, and the manors, lands and advowson are held of other lords by divers
