To the collectors of the custom of wool in the port of London, Order deliver 200 sacks, and 4 cloves of the king's wool in co. Surrey, coland delivered to them, to Master Paul de Monte Florum, the clerk, or to William Potente, chaplain, his attorney, in part payof 2,000 sacks which the king granted to him to take to parts without paying any customs or subsidy thereon, in part satisfacof divers great sums which he has lent to the king in parts beyond sea, and to permit him to lade the sacks and cloves by his attorney, the king's ships, without paying custom or subsidy, and to take them the said parts.
