To Thomas, bishop of Hereford, keeper of the land of Ireland, or to him who supplies his places. The king has received the plaint of the master of the hospital of St. Thomas, Acon, London, complaining that whereas he attorned brother Henry de la More, his fellow brother as his general proctor in that land, the escheator of Ireland, because the attorney died there, has seised into the king's hands all the lands of the master, which were in the attorney's custody at his death, whereupon the master has besought the king in chancery in England, to provide a remedy; the king therefor orders the keeper to call the escheator before him, and if he finds that he took the lands for the said cause, then to order the king's hands to be amoved therefrom, and cause them to be delivered to the master or his attorney, together with the issues thereof, without delay.
