Edmund le Gode, vicar of Westthurrok church and John le Smyth Westthurrok, acknowledge that they owe to William de Cusancia, olerk, 107.; to be levied, etc. in co. Essex. Henry de Annesleye of Saxendale acknowledges that he owes to John Ursel, chaplain, 20/.; to be levied, etc. in co. Nottingham. Enrolment of deed testifying that whereas Peter de Sesers, merchant Arragon, is appointed attorney of all the merchants of Arragoun Malorges who had laded merchandise in a ship of Malorges, called Lodwiz, in which Bernard Badors was master, he releases to Condy, Michael le Yonge, Richard Wygod, William Loveryk, Yok, John Loveryk, Thomas and Richard his brothers, William William Fauconer, Thomas de Staple and all others of the town Sandwich, all actions with respect to the ship and the merchandise therein, which were taken on 13 October, 1336, by a ship of Sandwich la Godbiete, in which Elias Condy was master. Dated at London Thursday after Epiphany, 11 Edward III. French.
