Order to continue all the pleas in eyre touching Henry, in the same state in which they now are, until next, as Henry is staying in Scotland in the king's service. By K. Henry son of Hugh, lord of Raveneswath, and Henry his son acknowthat they owe to William de la Pole of Kyngeston-upon-Hull, 120/.; to be levied, in default of payment, of their lands and chattels in York.
