Memorandum, that Michael de Wath, clerk, and John de Silkeston, knight, mainperned before the chancellor at Northallerton on 27 September to have the person of John de Faucumbergge, knight, in chancery before the council at York, three weeks after Michaelmas next, to answer the king upon divers contermpts and disobediences made by him, as is said, and to do and receive what shall be determined and ordained by the king and council there.
