Memorandum, that Richard de Bukton, John de Bannebury and John de Kellum, mainperned before the chancellor at York on 25 September to have the person of Peter de Malo Lacu, Je quint, in chancery, before the council at York, three weeks after Michaelmas next, to answer to the king upon divers contempts made by him, as is said, and other things charged upon him on the king's behalf, and to do and receive what shall then be ordained by the council, and that he will conduct himself well in the meantime under pain of 100Z.
