Ebulo Lestrange puts in his place Master John de Thoresby and Richard Bolyngbrok, to prosecute the execution of a recognisance for 200/. made him in chancery by Richard de Kelleshale. Enrolment of grant by Thomas son of Walter de Gosewyk, late hurgess Berwick-upon-Tweed, to Sir Thomas de Baumburgh, clerk, of all that in Segate in the said town, which formerly belonged to Thomas Witnesses: Sir Michael de Wath,.Sir John de Sancto Paulo, Thomas de Sibthorp, clerks; Richard de Blaykeston, William de William de Acton of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Dated at York, on after the feast of St. John ante Portam Latinam, 9 Edward III.
