Order cause Philip son and heir of Walter de Staunton, who held of the heir of de Hastyng, a minor in the king's wardship, by knight's service, to full seisin of all the lands of which his father was seised in his demesne of fee in that bailiwick at his death, and which he held of the said heir, he has proved his age before Matthew Ogan and Stephen Jacob, by the king to take that proving, and the king has taken his for the said lands.
