John, abbot of Eynesham, acknowledges that for himself and convent they to "Roger, vicar of Tettebury chureh, 502.; to be levied, in default of of their lands and chattels and ecclesiastical goods in co. Oxford. de Evesham received the acknowledgment by writ. John de Godesfeld puts in his place Richard de Tharlesthorp to defend execution of a recognisance for 9/. 13s. 4d. made by him in chancery Stephen de Conductu and William de Fulham.
