Order to take full information without delay by what boundaries the forests in co. Surrey were guarded in the time of the late king, and to cause them to be guarded by the same boundaries henceforth, I11 Parr I. 73 a grant made by the king in his first parliament at Westheld in the first year of his reign, that the perambulations made in time of the king's predecessors should be kept, and that where such had not been made, they should then be made afresh, and any perambulations made by virtue of the same, advising those who shall feel themselves to be aggrieved for this cause, to prosecute king thereupon, who will be prepared to show justice to them in the as the king has understood that divers woods and open spaces in Surrey ought to be afforested as may be fully seen by divers inquisitions - thereupon in the time of the king's progenitors and by other in the treasury, and that the said woods and places under of the king's said grant are deafforested, to the king's manifest harm.
