To Robert de Stok, keeper of the lands of certain rebels in co. Oxford. not to intermeddle further with the lands of John de Scalbrok in Hesele, and to restore the issues thereof to him, as John de Brumpton, sheriff of that county, has returned that he took the said lands into the hands by the order of Hugh le Despenser, earl of Winchester, for a committed against the earl by the said John, the king not wishing do wrong to John in this behalf. By the counsel and assent of the said earl.
