Order to supersede the demand made Thomas Ughtred in the manor of Bentle, which belonged to Payn de tenant in chief, by reason of the minority of Payn s heir, whose the king committed to Thomas, for the scutage for the army aforeduring the said custody ; provided that the scutage of the knights fees of the heir be levied for the king's use.
