To the sheriff of Lancaster. Order to restore the victuals provided hy de Leyburn, late sheriff of that county, in execution of the king's order provide victuals for the Scotch war, to the men from whom the victuals taken, by the view of Roger de Kendale, king's clerk, as Robert proa great part of the victuals that he was ordered to provide and carry Skynburnese, and the victuals are in the custody of certain men of that at Weryngton, Hoton, Graunge, and Liverpol castle, the king from the men that they have not been satisfied for the victuals thus and a truce with the Scots having been agreed upon until 12 June and from then for thirteen years.
