Order not to intermeddle further with the lands that Thomas de Hildeyard held of other lords than the king, and to restore the issues thereof, as the king learns by inquisition taken by the escheator that Thomas held at his death certain lands in Reston and Skipseburgh of the king in chief as of the honour of Albemarle by knight service, and that he did not hold any lands by reason whereof the custody of his other lands ought to pertain to the king, and Robert, his son, is his next heir, and is aged three years. . 595
