To the sheriff of Devon. Order to supersede the execution of the king's order so far as concerns Richard de Chaumbernoun, Baldwin le Robert de Cantokishevede, William de Cornubia, John Daumarle, Burnel, Hugh de Chaumbernoun, Oliver de Chaumbernoun, Richard Merton, and Robert Beaupel, and to restore their lands, etc., to them, as king learns by the testimony of W. bishop of Exeter, his treasurer, that are and were at the time of the common summons of his retinue and were journeying to the king with the bishop and other and footmen when the king ordered the bishop not to come.
