John son of Jordan Broun came before the king, on Monday after Matthew last, and sought to replevy his land in the suburbs of Bristol, was taken into the king's hands for his default before the justices the Bench against William son of William Crok. This is signified to justices. Geoffrey Madle acknowledges that he owes to Henry Darcy of London ; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in Essex.
