To the sheriff of Dorset. Order to go to the castle of Berkhampsted, laying aside all other matters, and to receive by indenture Richard Sautre and Roger de Tydemersh, who are imprisoned therein, from the king's sergeants-at-arms, Jchn de Enefeld, William de Weston, and Otelinus Alemaund, and to cause the said Richard and Roger to be conducted to Exeter castle at the king's cost, there to be delivered to the constable, or to him who supplies his place, whom the king has ordered to receive Richard and Roger from the sheriff, and to cause them to be kept safely in that castle until further orders.
