To the same. Order to cause Edmund Darel, imprisoned in the Tower the king's order, to be. admitted and kept safely by the keeper of the Marshalsea, the king having ordered the constable of the Tower to cause to be brought before the justices to be delivered to the said keeper. justices are to summon Simon le Warde to be before them at the said to propound against Edmund on the king's behalf what he knows to be propounded, and they are to cause Edmund to be addressed conthe causes against him, and to cause enquiry to be made, if concerning the same, certifying the king of what they shall find so that he may cause to be done further what ought to be done of
