Memorandum of a mainprise under a pain of 100/., made in chancery at Cantebrigge 2 October this year by John Busshy knight of Lincolnshire, John Cursoun, John Mareschall and Nicholas Bygeneye of Norffolk for Lawrence Everard knight, and of an undertaking by the said Lawrence, that he shall do or procure no hurt or harm to John Hiptoft the elder. John Frebern the elder and John Frebern the younger of Little Wilburham to Thomas Caldecote of Cantebrigge. Bond in 201. payable at Cantebrigge on the feast of Allhallows next. Dated Cantebrigge, Friday after Michaelmas 12 Richard II.
