Henry de Percy earl of Northumberland. Order with advice the great council, upon his allegiance and under pain of forfeiture life and limb, not to set free James de Lyndesey of Scotland knight, of war newly taken by the king's party, by ransom, surety otherwise, but to keep him in safe custody until order be taken the king and the great council, and especially until further order the king.
