the sheriff of Notyngham. Order by mainprise of Thomas of Notyngham to set free John de Stoke of Wydmerpool ; as his petition shews that he is imprisoned in Notyngham at suit of certain lieges upon pretence that he preached divers contrary to the catholic faith ; and the said Thomas has in chancery under a pain of 201. to have him whenever before the king and council, the archbishop of York, or the commissaries.
