Recognisance for 200 marks, be levied etc. of their lands and chattels in Sussex and the city of Cancelled on payment. Wt. 7530. oR 29 William Ifelde of the one part, Richard Herst, Roger Gradele and Richard Spenser (as above) of the other part. Indenture of defeasance of the foregoing recognisance, upon condition that within the octaves of Easter next they pay the said William 100 marks in Richard Spenser s lodging in Greschurchestrete London.
