Order to set John Houland free; as lately the king ordered the said keeper to certify in chancery the cause of his arrest and imprisonment, and he certified that before the arrival of that writ the said John was delivered to his custody by virtue of another writ of the king. 1. To Robert Cherlton, Gerard Braybrok knight, William Rikhull, Thomas Pynchebek and John Aylesbury knight, lately with others appointed justices to take an assize of novel disseisin concerning tenements in Ravenston arraigned by William Thirnyng, John Olney of Weston and Richard Bruns against William Trussell and John Pykenham.
