To the mayor and sheriffs of London. Order to cause proclamation to be made that all men at arms, armed men, archers, seamen and others retained to sail on the king's service with Richard earl of Arundell his admiral shall hasten to Sandewich to sail thence in his company ; and order to arrest and commit to prison until further order all such as they shall find remaining in the city and suburbs two days after the proclamation.
