Memorandum of defeasance, upon condition that the said Richard shall for one whole year keep Elizabeth cousin and one of the heirs of Philip de Bryen knight, who is within age and in the king's wardship, a pure virgin, finding her meat and raiment such as her estate requires, and at the end of the year shall deliver her, if required, sole and unmarried to John Lovell, to whom the king has granted her marriage, or to his deputy having sufficient warrant.
