Order to give William son and heir of John Assheforde, tenant by knight service of William son and heir of John Claville late a minor in the late king's wardship, which John Claville was tenant by knight service of Edward le Despenser likewise a minor in the late king's wardship, seisin of the lands so held ; as he proved his age before John Aston late escheator, and on proof of the age of William son of John Claville on 4 November 38 Edward III the late king commanded livery to be given him of lands held of the said Edward.
