Order to give John Filioll knight, John de Rokewode, Roger de Wolfreston Rokele livery of the manor of Asshefelde with the issues taken since the death of Richard de Pakenham ; as the king by inquisition, taken by the escheator, that by fine levied court with his licence Richard de Pakenham at his death same for life by gift of John Coue parson of Berdewelle and to him and Joan his wife, likewise deceased, with to the said John son of Richard and the others and to their that the manor is held in chief by knight service, by the of paying 16s. a year to Norwich castle, and by suit to Blakehundred every three weeks, except one carucate of land, 8 meadow, 24 acres of wood and 50s. of yearly rent therein held of others than the king; and for 40s. by them paid hanaper the king has respited the homage and fealty of the son of Richard and the others until Midsummer next.
