the sheriff of Bukingham. Writ of swpersedeas, by mainprise Bryan, John Eyr of Bukinghamshire, William. Hunt of and Thomas Hettefeld of Essex, in favour of William at suit of the king for felonies for which he is indicted ; as lately pardoned him for all felonies committed before 5 Richard II, treasons, murders and rapes excepted, he security for his good behaviour, and the said John and the have mainperned body for body and under a pain of 40J. to him before the king at the octaves of Trinity, and that the said were committed after (sic) 14 December aforesaid.
