Like order in regard all the lands of the said prince in the county of Cestre not assigned dower to the said Joan, and the whole county of Flynt ; but without clause of reservation to the king. By K. Richard Serjeaux steward of all the lands and lordships in Cornwall Devon which were of Edward prince of Wales duke of Cornwall earl of Cestre, and to Ralph Trenewyth receiver there specially by the king.
