To the collectors of customs and subsidies in the port of the city of London. Order, for particular causes, to cause proclamation to be made within that port on the king's behalf forbidding any merchant or other native or alien by virtue of any command of the king to the collectors heretofore made or otherwise after Michaelmas next until further order to take any wool, hides or woolfells over to any foreign parts, or cause them to be so taken, under pain of forfeiture, but to suffer all such merchants so to do without let until that feast, the customs, subsidies and duties being first paid.
