Order to remove the king's hand, and not to meddle further with the manor of Beynton and three virgates of land in Wynterborne Homanton taken into the king's hand by the death of Richard Rous, delivering to Elizabeth his wife any issues thereof taken ; as the king has learned by inquisition, taken by the escheator, that the said Richard at his death held the premises jointly with the said Elizabeth of others than the king.
