Order by mainprise of Robert Philip de Thorp of Lincolnshire, Matthew Kelby of Devon de Carleton of Norffolk to stay the exigents against Richard of Carleton and the taking of his body, bringing this writ before of the Bench the day the writ of exigents is returnable ; behalf it is shewn the king that lately without his knowledge in exigents in the husting of London to be outlawed for that not before the said justices to answer William de Quappelade an alleged debt of 20 marks, praying a stay, as he is ready and stand to right in all things; and the said Robert others, appearing in person in chancery, have mainperned pain of 40/. to have him before the said justices at the day named. 10.
