Writing of John son and heir of Sir John de Eyllesford, being a grant and quitclaim with warranty to Sir William Latymer lord of Danby, his heirs and assigns, of the manor and advowson of Burton and of all lands, rents and services, reversions of tenants whatsoever when they shall fall in ete. which he the said William holds by demise of him the said John the son or otherwise in Burton co.
