John Knyvet and his fellows, justices appointed to hold pleas the king. Order by writ of nisi prius, according to the statutes and to the law and custom of England, to command an inquisition which remains to be taken between the king and Master Alexander de Neville for prosecution of the execution of a judgment rendered before the king in his court concerning the archdeaconry of Cornwall lately void and in the king's gift, to be taken before the justices of assize in Cornwall.
