Order to remove hand, and not to meddle further with a tenement in held by Adam Baumford of Ospryngge and Amice his wife, up any issues thereof taken since the said Adam's death ; king has learned by inquisition, taken by the escheator, that Adam, who on Monday after Midsummer in the 43rd year reign was outlawed in Kent for felony for slaying Richard at his death held no lands in that county in chief in his demense but that before the commission of that felony he and the held the premises of the abbot and convent of Faveresham of the said Amice (yet living), and that by the escheator is made to the king for the issues thereof from the date of to the said Adam's death, who died on the eve of the last. Proviso that answer be made at the exchequer said issues from the date of the felony to the eve of the aforesaid.
