Order to cause one of the two tarits (cochas sive taritas) of Genoa (Janua) which were last taken at sea and are in the port and river Thames, whereof is owner (patronus), to be safely brought and piloted from the said port and river beyond the district and danger of the river mouth, whence it may sail whither it will, persons, merchandise, goods and property therein, provided said William shall forthwith return to the city of London ; royal bounty the king with the assent of the council has said cocche or tarits to be given up to the Genoese from were taken.
